They include:
extract from the Land Registry “nota simple” (not more than 3 months old),
occupancy permit “licencia de primera ocupacion”,
energy category certificate,
notarial deed of acquisition of real estate,
confirmations of payment of rent, annual property tax “IBI” and payment of the latest utility and garbage fees.
